Mindfulness Meditation Group

Are you feeling overwhelmed?  Worn down?  Are your thoughts racing?  Mindfulness meditation can help!  Over the past 5-10 years, the research supporting mindfulness meditation as an effective means of treating stress, depression, and anxiety has grown exponentially.  Come learn the principles of meditation in this six-week stress-reduction meditation group, and see how it can help you.

* Group format plus 1 on 1 counselling with the instructor, both face-to-face and via facebook

* Covered by most insurance plans

* $215 (HST exempt) for a six week session.
